Izpit!

Končno sm naredu vozniški izpit, hura!

Zadeva se mi je vlekla čist predolg, tm od jeseni do zdj, naštihal sm pa konkretnih 56 ur. Zdaj sm odkril, da bi vrjetn lhka naredu izpit tud s kakšno manj :). Ja, vem. Rekli boste, da sm jih meu ogromn. Ampak, bolj to kt pa da se mi z 20 userje pa nardim pa nimam blage kk se furat.

Občutek je fenomenalen. Pa ne samo zato, ker pač lahko voziš, ampak tudi zato, ker si prost vseh teh voženj, od kateri se vsaka ura (45 min) giblje od 17 do 22 €...

Izpit sm naredu v prvo. Prejšnjo noč čist živčn, zjutri pa putrček :). Čist sproščen, sm vozu kot še nkol se mi zdi :P.

Tole je pa "moj" konjiček, Golf Plus od matere :). Smo na tega dal zavarovanje za mladega voznika, pa tud v avtošoli sm golfa furu tko da je praktično isto peljat.

5 nasvetov za špagete Bolognese

Vsi obožujemo špagete Bolognese, ali pač ne? Jaz vem, da jih. In če le imam priliko, jih z veseljem tudi skuham. Sploh poleti, ko bom letos spet cel mesec sam doma, in bo treba kuhat :). Tole sem pa zapisal zato, ker sem imel sam na začetku probleme skuhat dobro Bolognese omako, in sm odkril da so tele zadeve ključne.

-Takoj, ko meso vržeš v ponev, ga razdrobiš, nato pa takoj začiniš z vsemi začimbami, ki jih bo omaka vsebovala (sol, poper, rdeča paprika, origano, vegeta, mediteranska zmes), še preden se že do konca popraži,
-VEDNO spremljaj, kaj se dogaja; če se ti prismodi en majhen košček, bo imela cela omaka zanič okus,
-Uporabljaj paradižnikovo mezgo! Ne preveč, ampak ravno prava količina bogato izboljša jed,
-Čim dalj boš "tenstal" omako, boljša bo; sproti dolivaj po malo vode, da bo ta izhlapela, pri tem pazi le na drug nasvet (zgoraj); tako bo okus še žlahtnejši,
-Če vam ni škoda vina, takoj potem, ko je meso približno "potenstano", zalij omako z malo rdečega (tudi belo bo šlo, če rdečega ni) vina, in pusti, da izpari; ponovno, okus bo še boljši.

* I don't want my day to consist of computer crashes, mountains of paperwork, depressing news, how to survive more days in the month than there is money in the bank, doctor bills, gossip, illness, and the loss of loved ones.
* I want to believe in the power of smiles, hugs, a kind word, truth, dreams, the imagination, Santa, the Tooth Fairy, a kiss that makes a boo-boo go away, making angels in the snow and that my dad and Superman are the strongest people in the world.


So......here's my checkbook and my car-keys, my credit cards and the bills too, my 401K statements, my stocks & bonds, my collections, my insurance premiums, my job, my house and the payments too, my e-mail address pager,cell phone, computer, and watch. I am officially resigning from adulthood. And if you want to discuss this with me further, you'll have to catch me first, cause,
